Solar Cell EL&VI Tester checks solar pv module before lamination by 12sets of cameras,two sets of HD display will combine picture and show if something inside of solar panel,and if the crack in solar stringer.

3.Module transfer direction:Long side forward;Face down.
4.Transmission height:950mm(±30mm).
5.Type of bearer:Multi-track,Roller transmission.
6.EL optical:4 cameras(Resolution:2040*1536/each),3 times capture Front side VI optical:4 cameras(Resolution:4080*3072/each),3 times capture.
7.EL defects marking assistance:Mono:Crack/Finger Interruption/Dark Spot(@EVA GSM≤400).
8.VI defects marking assistance:Mono/Poly:Foreign matter of high reflectivity/Ribbon offset/Spacing/Interconnection marking assistance(@EVA GSM≤400). 9.power:4kw
