Introduction

MBB solar tabber&stringer 4000pieces/hour is an automatic production equipment to solder mono-/poly-crystalline MBB solar cell.This stringer is equipped with automation technology like PLC,servo,self-developed manipulator and vision system, all the processes are fully automated from cell loading to string unloading.

1.Ribbon Coating

Flux application method: Ribbon immersed.

2.Vision inspection system

Cells are inspected by industrial camera,the defect of missing corner/broken edge/crack/90°or 180°rotation/surface matter can be inspected.

3.Four-axis robot

Mitsubishi 4-axis robot is used for soldering swing plate, which can adjust the position and swing of the cell plate.

4.Soldering

Soldering by IR,the heating temperature of the bottom plate and infrared lamp tube is controllable.

Considering different temperature between middle and sides of the lamp ,special design is made to ensure temperature consistency.

The special IR lamp head heat preservation can ensure the sustainable production in case of pause less then 2 minutes.

5.Offset control

The belt guide mechanism is set at the position where the clamping claw pulls the soldering belt to ensure that the soldering belt will not shake or offset before entering the clamping claw.

Innovative tail clip design, strict control of offset.

Different specifications of jigs to adapt to the full cell, half cell, long string spacing, short string spacing and other different needs, to ensure that the offset in a reasonable range.

Cell Type:Under the 220 crystalline full and half cell.

Cell Thickness:160um–300um.

Busbar No:3BB~12BB(should change kits from different bus bar).(One jig as default setting can be chosen among them and extra jigs need to be paid extra)

Ribbon Type: leaded or lead free.

Ribbon Width:0.6–3.0mm.

Ribbon Thickness:0.18–0.32mm.

Specification of soldering strip:The diameter of internal hole is 16mm or 20mm,Outside diameter ≤180mm,width ≤160mm.

Ribbon Type:Round Ribbon,Tin-lead alloy,hot dip coating.

Ribbon Diameter:φ0.29–φ0.4mm,size tolerance≤±0.01mm.

Specification of soldering strip:The diameter of internal hole is 16mm or 20mm,Outside diameter ≤180mm,width ≤160mm,wight ≤ 10kg.
